Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Machinery has manufacturing defects.
• The return request is made within 7 days of receipt of the machinery.
• The machinery is unused and in its original condition, including all parts, manuals, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-built or specially modified machinery.
• Machinery that has been used, installed, or tampered with after delivery.
• Damage caused by improper installation, usage, or maintenance by the customer.
• Requests made beyond the 7-day return window.

Return Process

1. Contact Our Team
   Reach out to us at info@nkcapingmachine.com or call +91 9824072738 within 7 days of receiving the machinery. Provide your invoice number, delivery date, and details of the issue, along with photos or videos if applicable.

2. Approval
   Our team will review the request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible.

3. Shipping the Machinery
   Pack the machinery securely in its original packaging and include the RA number. Ship it to:
   Plot No. 1521, Phase-3, GIDC Industrial Estate, Vatva, Ahmedabad, INDIA - Pin 382445.
   Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Inspection and Confirmation
   Upon receiving the returned machinery, our quality control team will inspect it. If approved, we will proceed with a refund, repair, or replacement.

Refunds and Replacements

• Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed within 20 days of return approval, minus any applicable fees.
• Replacements: Replacement machinery will be shipped within 20 days, subject to availability.
